B3GLOBALCON has performed several construction projects under DoD contracts in Romania and Bulgaria on-time and on-budget. These projects range from the Helipad at the Constanta County Emergency Hospital; the Railhead Upgrade at Mihail Kogălniceanu Air Base; the design and construction of security fences in multiple locations throughout Romania; installation of thirty Wet Containerized Housing Units (CHUs) at the Naval Support Facility (NSF), Aegis Ashore Missile Defense Complex, Deveselu, Romania; and the renovation of several small medical clinics throughout Romania.
