In January 2007, Kevin Beam, a retired U.S. Army officer, formed B3GLOBALCON and the company began supporting the U.S. DoD in Romania. After several contract awards the first foreign subsidiary, B3GLOBALCON Romania SRL, was formed and Ady Lupascu, a retired Romanian Navy officer, became the companies’ European General Manager. The second foreign subsidiary, B3GLOBALCON Bulgaria EOOD, was formed in 2009 when the U.S. DoD began operations in Bulgaria. A third subsidiary, B3GLOBALCON Polska sp zoo, was formed in 2017 and immediately began supporting the U.S. DoD in Poland.
